All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 7 business days for dispatch.

SHIPPING POLICY & TERMS
AP Active are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it , you must contact us within 12 hours. Please note that our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Once the order has been sent to our warehouse for processing, unfortunately neither you nor our customer service staff can change it. This includes updates to the Shipping Address.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive an email containing the Tracking ID along with the courier information for your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update after dispatch.
In some cases it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to populate. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number please contact us. Please see Order Tracking

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, some items within your order may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout. Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will ship separately. These separate deliveries may have different tracking numbers, or arrive on different days. Please don’t worry – your order will still arrive!
If your order is dispatched internationally, it may have to be cleared through customs. As a result, there may be fees that have to be paid depending on the country. Please note AP Active does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. AP Active will not be held liable or responsible for the custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply.
AP Active is not responsible for notifying customer that their item(s) are awaiting the payment of customs duties and taxes.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from AP Active, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Refunds & Exchanges
AP Active does not offer size or colour refunds nor do we accept exchanges for change of mind circumstances. As these items are limited edition, all purchases are final and unable to be swapped.
Please note that we do offer exchanges and refunds where the products are:
- Faulty (Other than where the fault is caused by the customer);
- Misdescribed (as determined by AP Active in our sole Discretion); or
- The incorrect size (and we are unable to offer an exchange for the correct size).
Returns for Faulty items will be accepted where they are returned to our facility within 30 days of the purchase date. Items returned beyond this period will not be accepted by us, and will remain your responsibility.
Returns will be accepted where the items are:
- Unworn, undamaged and unmarked;
- In their original condition and original packaging; and
- With the original labels, tags and promotional items.
In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, you are required to send photo evidence to firstname.lastname@example.org
If your claim is justified, you will be offered a refund upon the item being received back into our facility. Please note that AP Active has the right to assess the age and condition of the faulty item. Unless the item is deemed a genuine manufactures fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided.
Please ensure that the item you are returning is packaged adequately to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to our facility.
In the event that you receive a faulty item and we are unable to exchange that item for you we will refund you. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your faulty item(s) back at our facility. Please allow 3-10 working days after we receive that item for your refund to appear in your account.
COST OF RETURNS
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning any item(s) to our facility. Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our facility.
In our experience Return parcels often get lost if you write ‘Return to Sender’. When booking your return, please include your details so that we can process the parcel when it arrives back in our facility. We recommend using a trackable or insured postage method. AP Active will not be liable for items that do not reach our facility and cannot be tracked.
