Hi, my name is Aniko Puhova! I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Mindset Coach, Fitness Model, World Traveler and the owner/founder of AP Tribe.
 
Fitness allowed me to completely change my life and become the best version of me, and it’s my passion to help other women do the same.
Growing up I was a Slovakian National Youth track and field athlete and have been involved in sport and athletics for most of my life. I was 19 years old when I left Slovakia and since then have been a citizen of the world. I had the opportunity to train in the best gyms around the globe, learned from the best coaches and constantly attending spiritual and self-development courses & retreats.
 
In 2011 I started to compete in various Fitness Competitions and in 2013 I fell in love with Martial Arts. Using my knowledge and experience in strength, combat and athletic training. I have created fitness programs that have helped thousands of girls around the world.
 
My mission is to empower and educate women to live a life they love through fitness, mindset & a healthy diet.
